Position Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our talent pairs with the brands we collaborate with, managing campaigns on behalf of Orange’s diverse clientele. It will be your responsibility to manage the entire project, from booking and briefing to execution and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all Influencer/Talent deals for new and ongoing collaborations for Orange.
Managing phone calls and social media
Recruit, brief, execute, and report on all influencing activities associated with each campaign based on client goals and objectives.
Managing and updating Orange’s electronic talent database.
Conduct a comparison of talent agencies and influencer marketing tools and platforms.
Keep up-to-date with popular talents and online trends.
Assist the senior agent in managing our current influencer roster.
Participate in pitch meetings to develop creative and effective campaigns.
Enhancing our influencer division and expanding our business.

What you bring to the table:

Influencer marketing or PR agency experience of at least one year.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Experienced in paid media, influencer marketing, and public relations.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural talent for building strong relationships.
Experience in direct communication with talent and corporate clients.
Knowledge of managing influencer/talent campaigns and assessing social media metrics and industry KPIs.
Strong knowledge of fashion, beauty, and entertainment online communities.
Experience in the pitch process with the business development team and clients.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in teams.

Salary:

$16.50/hr plus commission
